How to fix it

The country of the company is not set in BIRP: GET /v1/me returns no country_code.

A company administrator checks the country in the company settings of BIRP.

The document date is earlier than the dates the tax codes of the company's country cover.

List the codes for that date with GET /v1/tax-codes?date=YYYY-MM-DD, and use a document date they cover.
