How to fix it

You change an order that is no longer a draft.

Only a draft order changes through the API. Make later changes in BIRP.

You confirm an order twice, or cancel one that is already cancelled.

Read the order first, and act on its status.

The order moved on in BIRP, for example into production.

Read the order, and decide with the person who handles it in BIRP.
