By accessing or using birp.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. birp reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
birp provides a modular cloud-based ERP platform for small and medium enterprises, including modules for finance, inventory, production, HR, CRM, and logistics management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. Each user account is personal and non-transferable.
Access to the platform is provided through subscription plans. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of the birp platform — including software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by birp and protected by international intellectual property laws.
birp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
